It has been a month since the Jasaraharja Putera Call Center officially began operating. The establishment of this Call Center aims to improve service quality and provide better solutions for Jasaraharja Putera’s customers.

Behind the success of Jasaraharja Putera in building this new Call Center, there is a significant contribution from Aru Raharja as a partner that provided comprehensive support throughout the development process.

In developing the Call Center, Aru Raharja supplied everything from facilities and infrastructure to the required human resources.

For operational facilities, ARUlog acted as a supplier providing equipment and furniture to support daily activities.
Meanwhile, for infrastructure, ARUspace, as the building management of Wisma Raharja, provided office space for the Call Center.
Lastly, ARUsource supplied qualified Call Center staff to ensure informative and competent services.
